Join the Tobacco Farm Life Museum in celebrating the Grand Reopening of the Museum on July 5th, 2025! From 10am to 4pm, explore the exhibits, enjoy the outdoor areas on the grounds, and engage with the long-lasting agricultural history of North Carolina.
Create your own miniature cure barn out of paper and learn about North Carolina crops through crafts that you get to take home. Don't forget join in the "Hornworm Hunt," which will help you gather information about North Carolina's agricultural history in the museum! We invite all visitors to color a quilt block that museum staff will join together in a community art project to celebrate the reopening of the museum.
