Tobacco Farm Life Museum, 709 N Church Street, Kenly, NC 27542

Jump into spring at the Tobacco Farm Life Museum with the "Saving Our Wildflowers" traveling exhibit! On loan from the North Carolina Botanical Gardens in Chapel Hill and made with funding from the North Carolina Science Museums Grant Program, this exhibit explores native plants and habitats in North Carolina. Dig into the basics of wildflowers: what they are, the relationships they have with native wildlife, the threats they face, and how members of the public can support native wildflowers with sustainable gardening practices. Read through the eight panels and participate in thematic activities in the gallery.

This exhibit is on display in the main gallery from Saturday, March 21st to Saturday, May 2nd. There is no fee to see the exhibit or visit the museum.
