Join the Tobacco Farm Life Museum in partnership with the North Carolina African American Heritage Commission (NCAAHC) as we present the virtual program Porch Talks: Conversations with Dr. Gretchen Sorin on Thursday, July 23rd from 12:00pm–1:30pm. Dr. Sorin, author of Driving While Black: African American Travel and the Road to Civil Rights, will be discussing Green Books and traveling during Jim Crow.
