Join the Tobacco Farm Life Museum for the second installment of Curiosity Cured: Science in the Summer! Join the museum to explore the history and methods of curing brightleaf tobacco and try your hand at handing and stringing tobacco leaves. All ages and participants are welcome. Learn a new skill, or practice one you've had for many years. Don't forget to make your opinion heard and vote in the gallery - Do you call attaching tobacco leaves to sticks with twine "stringing," "looping," or "tying?" We can't wait to see you there!
This program is free to the public, donations are appreciated.
